Aytug Pala is a seasoned operations executive with a career built alongside C-suite leaders and company owners across the U.S., Qatar, Azerbaijan, and Turkey. Now based in the United States, he brings an international perspective shaped by years of leading projects and ventures across multiple regions. His career spans public and private tenders, project finance and execution, and startups—delivering strategic solutions in hospitality, construction, and real estate.

He previously served as General Manager of Blueground in Turkey, where he led operations and growth for over five years. Before co-founding Kayra Partners, he was Director of Business Development at Peninsula Corporate Finance, advising on infrastructure and real estate project finance across emerging markets.

With deep expertise in international expansion, project execution, and cross-border investment, Aytug brings the financial and operational insight that drives Kayra Partners’ mission to connect markets and scale innovation globally.

Dr. MERT SAHIN

Dr. Mert Sahin is a distinguished executive and scientist with an extensive global track record in healthcare, medical devices and life sciences. Based in United States, he brings a unique international perspective shaped by leadership roles across EU, the U.S., and Emerging Markets (Russia, Middle East, Turkey and Africa), guiding breakthrough innovations across various sectors.

Dr. Sahin’s has been driving strategic growth and commercialization for both established corporations and startups throughout his career. Before co-founding Kayra Partners, he held several C-Suite roles in various companies from GE Healthcare to Durin Life Sciences. His global experience covers research, product launch, multi-national team leadership, and strategic marketing in complex healthcare environments.

Skilled in healthcare, international commercialization, and innovative business strategy, Dr. Sahin provides the scientific vision and operational expertise that place Kayra Partners and its clients at the leading edge of industry advancement.
