Who we are

What this website collects

No cookies. This site sets no cookies of any kind. There is no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to.

No analytics. We do not run Google Analytics or any other visitor tracking. We do not know who visits, which pages they read, or where they came from.

No third-party requests. Fonts are hosted on our own server rather than loaded from Google Fonts or any other provider, so visiting this site does not tell any outside company that you were here. There are no embedded videos, maps, chat widgets, advertising pixels or social trackers.

Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, which typically record the requested page, a timestamp and an IP address. That is a normal part of running any website and those logs are governed by the provider's own retention policy. We do not analyse them.

The contact form

The form on our contact page does not send anything by itself. When you complete it, your browser formats what you typed and hands it to your own email program, addressed to us. Nothing reaches us, or any server, until you press send in your own email client.

That means if you fill in the form and then change your mind, closing the page is enough. Nothing was stored and nothing was transmitted.

We also give our email address and phone number directly on that page, because for many people that is simply faster.

What we do with your enquiry

When you email us, we receive your name, your email address, anything else you chose to tell us, and whatever your email program includes as standard.

We use it to reply to you and to carry on the conversation. That is the whole purpose. Specifically, we do not:

• Add you to a newsletter or marketing list
• Sell, rent or share your details with anyone
• Use your enquiry to build a profile or feed an advertising system
• Send you anything you did not ask for

Correspondence sits in our business email accounts, which are provided by a mainstream email host under its own security and privacy terms. If a conversation leads to an engagement, your details become part of our client records and are kept as long as we need them for that relationship and for the record-keeping our accountants and any applicable law require. If a conversation goes nowhere, we keep the correspondence while it might still be useful and delete it when it is not.

Your rights

Wherever you are, you can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email contact@kayrapartners.com and we will deal with it ourselves rather than routing you through a form.

If you are in the European Union, the United Kingdom, Turkey or another place with its own data protection law, those rights are set out in that law and we will honour them. Because we collect so little, most requests are quick to answer.

International transfers

We are based in the United States, so if you write to us from elsewhere your message is read and stored here. Sending us an email is how that transfer happens, and it happens because you chose to write.

Children

This is a business-to-business site. It is not aimed at children and we do not knowingly collect anything from them.

Links to other sites

We link to our LinkedIn page. Once you follow that link you are on LinkedIn, and LinkedIn's own privacy terms apply rather than ours. We have no control over what other sites do.

Changes

If we change how any of this works, for example by adding analytics or a form that submits to a server, we will update this page and change the date at the top before the change goes live. We will not quietly start collecting more than we do today.
